You are cordially invited to join us at the 64th Annual Symposium and Exposition & 2nd International Scientific Glassblowers Exposition at the The Radisson Hotel in Corning NY. The exhibit hours have been designed for maximum exposure to members and potential customers. The room rates for the Radisson Hotel range is $139.00- $159.00. Please use the ASGS room block number when making reservations – 1906ASGS19. You may also book on line by clicking on the link www.radisson.com/corningASGS19 Our goal is to give you, the exhibitor,quality time with all attendees. All attendees will receive a thumb drive with exhibitor’s information. Exhibitors will be listed in the Program Booklet given out to each attendee and listed on the symposium web site.

We will continue to eliminate the cost of pipe & drape, decorating services and drayage. All booth spaces are 8 foot by 8 foot.

Exhibit Booth – $600.00 – Space Includes: Two 6 foot table draped, two side chairs, 2 representative spaces and listed
in program as a sponsor. Product must not exceed table space.

$70.00 per day- Single electrical outlet (110V, 60Hz, SAmp)
Free electrical with paid contract by January 15th
